Service and accounts

LoadCairn provides online calculators and related tools for critical facility planning. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity through your account. Use the service lawfully and do not disrupt, probe, or interfere with its operation or other users' access.

Plans and prices

• Free includes access to the calculators for unsaved use.
• Pro is $29 per month or $290 per year.
• Team is $99 per month for up to 10 seats.

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Features and prices may change for future purchases; the price shown at checkout applies to the plan and billing period you select.

Pro trial and subscription billing

Pro checkout includes a 14-day trial. Checkout may ask you to provide payment details to start the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically bill at the selected price: $29 for each monthly period or $290 for each yearly period. The yearly selection is billed at its yearly price after the trial. Later renewals follow the billing period you selected.

Cancellation and refunds

To cancel a Pro subscription, email loadcairn-4@polsia.app before your trial ends or before the next renewal date to avoid the next charge. A cancellation during a paid period takes effect at the end of that period. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, we do not provide prorated refunds for the unused part of a billing period. Contact the same address promptly about an unexpected charge or refund request.

Calculator results and limitations

All calculator results are planning estimates only, not engineering designs. They depend on the inputs and stated assumptions and do not replace a site-specific engineering review, safety assessment, code determination, or manufacturer data. Verify the results with qualified professionals and applicable equipment documentation before making design, safety, purchasing, or operating decisions.
